Our Volunteer activities range from interacting with visitors, taking groups through the Museum, greeting visitors at the reception counter, and general cleaning duties, display relocations etc.
BGMM Volunteers work in a relaxed, positive and fun environment, enjoying the interaction with visitors and working in a group of people with a common interest.
Being involved in the museum is personally rewarding and mutually beneficial for the Museum, our volunteers and the wider community.
We hold several events where you can be involved as a volunteer, eg: Bumpers n Beats and our Annual Swap Meet. There are opportunities to suit all people, of all ages.
Our volunteer shift times are from 10am - 1pm, and 1pm to 4pm.
